JOIN / PAY DUES

 

Our membership year runs from January 1 through December 31

• Pay January 1st – December 31st: $200

 

Membership in the Summit Chapel Lake HOA is open to persons 18 years of age or older who own or reside in single-family houses,  within the boundaries of the  neighborhood. Membership is on a household basis.

Some of the benefits of membership include:

• Enhanced security:  An SCLHOA funds Security cameras at both entrance to the neighborhood.

• Landscaping, upkeep, planting flowers in the common areas.

• Working with local government: The SCLHOA coordinates with government officials on zoning issues and infrastructure improvements, like sidewalks.

• Social gatherings: The SCLHOA sponsors opportunities to meet your neighbors with the SCLHOA Happy Hours, National Night Out, Fall Festival, and other events.

• Communication: Through email alerts, a quarterly newsletter, and quarterly meetings, the SCLHOA helps keep you connected on key events in the Wesley Chapel area,

• and Dekalb County.

• Payment of the following recurring bills:

•  Electric bill for the lights at the front entrance
  Water bill for the water used with the sprinkler system

•  Taxes
  Post Office Box rental
   

You can pay online or by check. 

Pay Online

We use PayPal to process your credit card and PayPal payment. PayPal allows you to use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Bank account (where available). Any payments processed by PayPal payments include a $6 processing fee. You can also pay by cash app or Zelle to avoid this processing fee. When paying via PayPal, Zelle or CashApp , please use email (the summitchapellake@gmail.com)

Complete the online membership form and indicate payment by check. Make the check payable to The Summit at Chapel Lake HOA and put your current address in the memo line.
