The Summit at Chapel Lake - Decatur HOA is a homeowners association that aims to keep the members informed of the neighborhood business and collect dues. The Summit at Chapel Lake Decatur, is a Homeowners Association dedicated to serving both existing and potential homeowner, consistent with our reasonable and well managed Bylaws and Covenant. Our scheduled Board meetings provide opportunities for member input, decision making, and creative ways to connect and reinvest in the collective health of our community. Neighborhood dues are reasonable and help maintain the beauty of our entryway and common areas, our security system, traffic calming, social events, priority expenditures voted by the membership and various governance mandates.
